IDXblue provides multiple options for controlling how it gathers leads. You have several options for when to ask your web site visitors for their personal contact info (a process we call Fencing). For instance, you can do it before the visitor is allowed to search at all, or you can do it when she attempts to save a listing. You have the option to specify a number of searches after which point the visitor is asked for their info. For example, an interested home buyer visits your site and starts a property search. He can submit four searches, but on the fifth search he is asked to log in or create an account. You can set that limit to anything you want.
